Soldier Hollow is about 3 miles from the house. It is an Olympic class cross country ski resort that offers XC mountain biking too.

My Ass-Kicking Road Back to Kick-Ass Shape
I am creating this blog to track my resurrection from the racing grave. As I have posted before, what lead me to my racing death bed two years ago seems very likely to have been vitamin D deficiency. This caused all sorts of havoc in my system from immune problems that led to catching a cold more regularly and probably sent me to a state of "overtraining" since my body wasn't recovering normally. Big Bend Ranch and Palo Duro.

On November 4-6 i have a campsite (los ojitos) at Big Bend Ranch It will hold up to 8 people and 3 trucks. My plan was to drive early on the 4th and drive back home on the 6th I have room in my truck for one or possibly two people plus bikes. Split campsite/fuel cost. And everyone brings what your planning on eating. If i dont have any interest by October 31 I will cancel the trip.
